HAVE FUN & SWEAT HAPPY! Mat work is the essential building block of Pilates. See rapid results and feel the changes in your body. The intimate class size ensures each client gets individual attention from our skilled instructors.

  • PILATES on the MAT – Suitable for all levels.This full body workout is ideal for beginners and challenging enough for the more practiced student. Mat Pilates with a flow of movement. Floor exercises focus on building core strength, balance, flexibility and establishes the mind body connection.  The creative addition of props (Pilates circle, weights, stability balls, foam roller, etc.) will challenge your endurance or assist for modification making this class new and interesting every time.
  • PILATES SCULPT – Suitable for all levels. A fast paced Pilates/ Barre fusion workout uses props (wights, ball, band ect) and a Pilatesstick®! Pilatesstick® is an innovative and unique body sculpting system using a resistance band on wall anchors – to increase and deepen muscle engagement. Challenge your balance, improve your strength and focus on form. In a small group format you will experience many of the traditional Pilates exercises along with other functional fitness moves and dance inspired flow to increase heart rate for a complete sculpting workout.
  • POP Pilates® – Suitable for all levels. An incredible fusion of ab-chiseling and total body defining moves choreographed to upbeat pop songs. This intense, mat-based workout challenges students to rhythmically flow from one exercise to the next, developing a rock solid core while leaving no muscle untouched.
  • VINYASA FLOW YOGA – Suitable for all levels. This class focuses on the synchronization of breath and movement creating heat, endurance, flexibility, and strength. Yoga postures flow together in a sequence so that each pose complements those that precede and follow. Although this class may move at a slower pace, expect to be challenged both mentally and physically.
  • GENTLE YOGA – Suitable for all levels.  A calming class including breathing, gentle flowing movements, stretching, passive and supported poses. This is a perfect beginning yoga class that is also appropriate for those working with injury, limited mobility, or who prefer a gentler approach to yoga.


group equipment classes

Equipment is a classic part of the Pilates practice. Not to replace mat work, but to compliment and enhance it! Our full body, mixed level classes will support and challenge you. Space is limited so be sure to register in advance.

  • REFORMER BASICS – Suitable for all levels. Find the FUN in the fundamentals of Pilates Reformer movement. This slower paced class will introduce you to the equipment and focus on core form.  Become comfortable moving and learning how to stabilize on an unstable surface. Recommended for a beginning student and challenging enough for a more experienced mover.
  • REFORMER – Prior reformer or Private session required. After which, all levels welcome. Add a new dimension of strength training to your Pilates practice. With spring resistance, you can add assistance for weakness or challenge for advancement in this full body workout.  Small class sizes (4) allow instructors to give everyone personal attention to each client for a deeper workout.
  • CARDIO REFORMER (JUMP-BOARD) –  Previous jumping experience required. A full intensity, whole body, no impact, cardio class using the jump board on the reformer. This class utilizes intermittent ‘jumping’ to strengthen your core and get the heart pumping.  Have fun “floating” on the carriage while focusing on strength, coordination, stamina and core stability.
  • TOWER – Suitable for all levels. Combine the essential principles of mat work with the benefits of the Pilates Tower equipment. Through a system of springs and bars, the equipment supports the body to ensure proper stabilization and positioning, while providing added resistance for strengthening, toning and lengthening muscles.
  • CIRCUIT – Pilates equipment experience required. Change up your workout by using several pieces of Pilates equipment (including reformer, tower, wunda-chair, mat and various props).  This class utilizes multiple stations on a mix of equipment in 2 minute exercise intervals and adds in cardio for that extra Kick! Get a full body workout that challenges every major muscle group while focusing on your execution. Its our Pilates Happy Hour!
