Holly Foss first discovered POP Pilates in 2015, and almost at once, fell in love with the fun, upbeat energy of the class’ signature format. As a beginner herself at that time, she felt instantly welcomed when she took her first class and noticed that everyone there; regardless of their age or skill level, seemed to be smiling, and having a great time together. Along with it being an awesome total-body workout, it was POP Pilates’ uplifting, positive energy, and all-inclusive vibe that made Holly continue taking POP classes regularly throughout 2016. She enjoyed it so much, in fact, that she ultimately took the leap to become a Certified POP Pilates Instructor in 2017. Holly is thrilled to be able to share her love of POP Pilates, and hopes to inspire and encourage those around her to continuously reach towards their fitness goals, no matter their starting point.
