Healing mind, body & soul
Carlin Corral is a California native from Dana Point. At age three, she was introduced to dance and movement which led her to grow a passion for yoga and pilates later on. Carlin fell in love with Pilates while earning her B.A in Dance Science at Cal State University, Long Beach. She completed her BASI Pilates certification with a Dance Specialization under Karen Clippinger during the summer of 2018. Since then, it has been her dream to share the life changing effects of Pilates through the aspects of strength, flexibility, and rehabilitation.
Carlin began practicing yoga at age sixteen and immediately started seeing a shift in her perspective of life and living in the present. As a result, she decided to complete her 200 hour Yoga Alliance Certification for Power Vinyasa through Beyond Hot Yoga in Laguna Niguel during the fall of 2015.
As she continues her education in graduate school at California State University, Fullerton, she will become a certified athletic trainer by the year of 2022 in which she will work with clients in the performing arts. Carlin believes these two practices will help strengthen and heal the minds, bodies, and souls of her clients.
