  • Form & Movement offers both Private and Semi-Private sessions in Long Beach! Choose Pilates, Yoga or a mix of both. Perfect for any new client or if you have specific fitness goals or needs. A 1hour custom designed session will allow you to get step-by-step guidance and exclusive attention from a certified instructor. Pilates is extremely beneficial to strengthen the core and lengthen muscles to gain balance and flexibility for clients with common needs such as:
  • recovering from injury or surgery
  • have a history of back pain
  • improving athletic performance
  • pre and post-natal

Each session will utilize different Pilates equipment machines such as: Reformer, Tower, Chair, Spine Corrector for a full body workout. Book a private session that fits into your schedule with one of our highly trained and experienced instructors. Work at your own pace, focus on goals and ask questions in a safe 1-on-1 environment. The instructor will help you learn necessary modifications for your body when in group Mat or Reformer classes.
